About The Position

Peachy is hiring a weekend-only Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner for its Gold Coast studio in Chicago, Illinois. Peachy focuses on wrinkle prevention through personalized consultations and treatment with FDA-approved neuromodulators. The Nurse Practitioner will assess clients, develop individualized treatment plans, provide cosmetic injections, and educate clients on wrinkle-prevention products and aftercare. The role includes paid clinical training, ongoing mentorship and education, and use of Peachy’s proprietary AI-powered treatment-planning technology. Prior aesthetics experience is not required. The schedule is four weekend days per month, with a weekend day defined as Saturday or Sunday, typically 9 AM–5 PM. During the first 90 days, the provider will also work several weekday shifts for onboarding, clinical support, and mentorship. Providers receive an hourly rate and may earn quarterly performance bonuses. The listed target base pay in Chicago is $54.00 per hour. The position requires flexibility to work across multiple Peachy studio locations within a reasonable distance of the home studio. The job is onsite and includes frequent kneeling, bending, sitting, and standing for extended periods, administering facial injections, and lifting or transporting items weighing up to 30 pounds. Requirements

Hold an active Nurse Practitioner license in the state where applying.
Hold active board certification as an Adult, Family, or Women's Health Nurse Practitioner.
Hold active BLS certification.
Be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Be available for four weekend days per month, including Saturdays, Sundays, and some holidays; typical full-day shifts are 9 AM–5 PM.
Work several weekday shifts during the first 90 days in addition to the weekend schedule.
Be flexible to work across multiple Peachy studio locations within a reasonable distance of the home studio.
Frequently kneel, bend, sit, and stand for extended periods; safely administer facial injections; and lift or transport items weighing up to 30 pounds.

Nice To Haves

At least six months of autonomous clinical practice experience is strongly preferred.
Recent procedural experience, such as IV placement, suturing, or other hands-on clinical procedures, is strongly preferred.
Experience in a procedural or patient-facing specialty such as emergency medicine, urgent care, women's health, family medicine, dermatology, plastic surgery, ICU, or PACU.

Responsibilities

Complete Peachy's comprehensive clinical training program and participate in ongoing continuing education.
Provide hospitality and customer service during client interactions.
Perform wrinkle assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Educate clients about wrinkle-prevention offerings, including Botox®, Xeomin®, Dysport®, Jeuveau®, prescription retinoids, sunscreen, and aftercare products.
Perform cosmetic neurotoxin injections in the three FDA-approved treatment areas for facial wrinkles.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient charting.
Follow operational procedures, clinical protocols, and company initiatives.
Maintain infection-prevention standards, including hand hygiene, PPE use, and equipment sterilization.
Uphold HIPAA privacy and confidentiality standards.
