About The Position

Pinch is a Concierge Med Spa looking for Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRNs) in Michigan for a 1099 contractor role. This position offers the flexibility to set your own schedule, choose your clients, and grow your practice in the aesthetics field, delivering treatments like tox, chemical peels, and at-home facials in clients' homes. Pinch provides support in malpractice insurance, marketing, technology, and ongoing assistance, while covering all overhead costs and paying top-of-market rates for treatments. The company, founded in Chicago, is expanding throughout Michigan and aims to revolutionize med spa care by bringing treatments directly to clients' homes.

Requirements

Active APRN license in Michigan
Certification in injectables or ability to complete the Pinch Injectables Master Certification

Responsibilities

Deliver safe, high-quality aesthetic treatments including tox, chemical peels, and at-home facials
Complete required live neurotoxin injectables training
Treat clients through Pinch marketing as well as your own personal network
Offer appointment availability that works for you, averaging 4 to 24 hours per week
Manage products and supplies responsibly
Keep accurate and timely client records
Follow Pinch protocols and best practices
Collaborate with fellow Providers and the Pinch team for support
Utilize Pinch marketing tools to retain clients, complete patient outreach, and grow your business
