About The Position

Pinch is a Concierge Med Spa looking for Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRNs) in Minnesota for a 1099 contractor role. This position offers the flexibility to set your own schedule, choose your clients, and grow your practice in aesthetics, delivering treatments like tox, chemical peels, and at-home facials in clients' homes. Pinch provides support in malpractice insurance, marketing, technology, and ongoing assistance, while covering all overhead costs and paying top-of-market rates for treatments. The company is expanding throughout Minnesota from its Chicago, IL origins.

Requirements

• Active APRN license in Minnesota
• Certification in injectables or ability to complete the Pinch Injectables Master Certification
• Excitement for aesthetics and helping clients feel their best
• Entrepreneurial spirit and interest in growing your practice with flexibility

Nice To Haves

• Prior aesthetics experience
• Existing patient network
• Interest in expanding your practice through events, influencer programs, photoshoots, and more

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, high-quality aesthetic treatments including tox, chemical peels, and at-home facials
• Complete required live neurotoxin injectables training
• Treat clients through Pinch marketing as well as your own personal network
• Offer appointment availability that works for you, averaging 4 to 24 hours per week
• Manage products and supplies responsibly
• Keep accurate and timely client records
• Follow Pinch protocols and best practices
• Collaborate with fellow Providers and the Pinch team for support
• Utilize Pinch marketing tools to retain clients, complete patient outreach, and grow your business
