About The Position

Pinch is hiring Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRNs) across Pennsylvania for a 1099 contractor role. You'll deliver treatments like tox, microneedling, chemical peels, and facials in the comfort of your clients' homes — with the freedom to set your own schedule, choose your clients, and build your practice with the backing of an established, top-rated brand. Pinch, founded in Chicago, is expanding throughout Pennsylvania and seeking Founding Providers to lead in their local communities. The company covers overhead costs including malpractice insurance, marketing, technology, and ongoing support, while paying top-of-market rates for treatments, allowing providers to focus on client care. Founding Providers are the initial representatives of Pinch in their communities, helping to shape the future of at-home aesthetics. They receive early access to opportunities like events, social media features, and influencer partnerships, and are responsible for building awareness and a client base of at least 5 clients per month sourced from their personal network and community.
