About The Position

Pinch is hiring Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRNs) across Ohio for a 1099 contractor role. You'll deliver treatments like tox, microneedling, chemical peels, and facials in the comfort of your clients' homes — with the freedom to set your own schedule, own your client relationships, and build your practice with the backing of an established, top-rated brand. Pinch has been growing across the country across every major metro area and is expanding throughout Ohio, looking for Founding Providers to lead the way in their local communities. Pinch covers the overhead, including malpractice insurance, marketing, technology, and ongoing support, and pays top-of-market rates for every treatment, allowing providers to focus on client care. Founding Providers are the first faces of Pinch in their communities, representing the brand and building awareness. They are expected to build their own book of clients, treating a minimum of 5 clients per month, sourced from their personal network and community.

Requirements

• Active APRN license in Ohio
• If you're newer to injectables: availability to attend an in-person training in full

Responsibilities

• Deliver treatments that leave clients feeling their best — tox, microneedling, chemical peels, and at-home facials, performed safely and to Pinch's clinical standards.
• Build your client base — treat clients from your own network, and turn first-timers into regulars.
• Own your schedule — work the hours that fit your life, averaging 10–20 per week.
• Grow your business — put Pinch's marketing tools to work for outreach, retention, and referrals.
• Run a polished practice — manage your supplies and keep accurate, timely client records.
