About The Position

Pinch is seeking Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRNs) in Ohio for a 1099 contractor role. This position offers the flexibility to grow your practice in aesthetics by delivering treatments such as tox, microneedling, chemical peels, and at-home facials in clients' homes. Pinch, founded in Chicago, is expanding into Ohio and offers a unique opportunity to be a Founding Provider, representing the brand in your local community. You will have the freedom to set your own schedule, choose your clients, and build your practice with the support of a nationally recognized brand. Pinch handles malpractice insurance, marketing, technology, and provides ongoing support, allowing you to focus on client care. They offer top-of-market rates for treatments and cover all overhead costs.

Requirements

Active APRN license in Minnesota, full practice authority preferred
Certification in injectables or ability to complete the Pinch Injectables Master Certification
Excitement for aesthetics and helping clients feel their best
Entrepreneurial spirit and interest in growing your practice with flexibility

Responsibilities

Deliver safe, high-quality aesthetic treatments including tox, microneedling, chemical peels, and at-home facials
Complete required live neurotoxin injectables training
Take advantage of comprehensive virtual training covering chemical peels, microneedling, skincare, and at-home facial techniques
Treat clients through Pinch marketing as well as your own personal network
Offer appointment availability that works for you, averaging 4 to 24 hours per week
Manage products and supplies responsibly
Keep accurate and timely client records
Follow Pinch protocols and best practices
Collaborate with fellow Providers and the Pinch team for support
Utilize Pinch marketing tools to retain clients, complete patient outreach, and grow your business
