About The Position

Pinch is hiring Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRNs) across Ohio for a 1099 contractor role. You'll deliver treatments like tox, microneedling, chemical peels, and facials in the comfort of your clients' homes — with the freedom to set your own schedule, choose your clients, and build your practice with the backing of an established, top-rated brand. Founded in Chicago, Pinch quickly became one of the top-rated med spas in the area. Now we're expanding throughout Ohio, and we're looking for Founding Providers to lead the way in their local communities. We cover the overhead — malpractice insurance, marketing, technology, and ongoing support — and pay top-of-market rates for every treatment. That means you focus on one thing: helping clients look and feel their best.

Requirements

Active APRN license in Ohio
Certification in injectables — or the readiness to complete the Pinch Injectables Master Certification
Availability to attend an in-person training in full (if new to injectables)

Nice To Haves

Prior aesthetics experience or an existing patient network
Interest in expanding through events, influencer programs, photoshoots, and more

Responsibilities

Deliver treatments that leave clients feeling their best — tox, microneedling, chemical peels, and at-home facials, performed safely and to Pinch's clinical standards.
Build your client base — treat clients from both Pinch marketing and your own network, and turn first-timers into regulars.
Own your schedule — work the hours that fit your life, averaging 10–20 per week.
Grow your business — put Pinch's marketing tools to work for outreach, retention, and referrals.
Run a polished practice — manage your supplies and keep accurate, timely client records.
