About The Position

Pinch is hiring Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRNs) across Pennsylvania for a 1099 contractor role. You'll deliver treatments like tox, microneedling, chemical peels, and facials in the comfort of your clients' homes — with the freedom to set your own schedule, choose your clients, and build your practice with the backing of an established, top-rated brand. Pinch, founded in Chicago, is expanding throughout Pennsylvania and is looking for Founding Providers to lead the way in their local communities. The company covers overhead costs such as malpractice insurance, marketing, and technology, providing ongoing support and paying top-of-market rates for treatments. Founding Providers are the first faces of Pinch in their communities, representing the brand, building awareness, and growing their own client base by treating a minimum of 5 clients per month sourced from their personal network and community.

Requirements

• Active APRN license in Pennsylvania
• Certification in injectables — or the readiness to complete the Pinch Injectables Master Certification
• Availability to attend an in-person training in full (if new to injectables)

Nice To Haves

• Prior aesthetics experience or an existing patient network
• Interest in expanding through events, influencer programs, photoshoots, and more

Responsibilities

• Deliver treatments that leave clients feeling their best — tox, microneedling, chemical peels, and at-home facials, performed safely and to Pinch's clinical standards.
• Build your client base — treat clients from both Pinch marketing and your own network, and turn first-timers into regulars.
• Own your schedule — work the hours that fit your life, averaging 10–20 per week.
• Grow your business — put Pinch's marketing tools to work for outreach, retention, and referrals.
• Run a polished practice — manage your supplies and keep accurate, timely client records.
