About The Position
Pinch is seeking Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRNs) in Arizona for a 1099 contractor role. This position offers the flexibility to grow your practice in aesthetics by delivering treatments such as tox, microneedling, chemical peels, and at-home facials in clients' homes. Pinch, a top-rated Med Spa expanding from Chicago, provides support in malpractice insurance, marketing, technology, and ongoing assistance, allowing providers to focus on client care. The role involves treating clients through Pinch's marketing efforts and personal networks, managing supplies, maintaining client records, and adhering to Pinch protocols. Providers have the freedom to set their own schedules, choose clients, and grow their practice with the backing of a recognized brand. Pinch covers all overhead costs and offers top-of-market rates for treatments.
Requirements
- Active APRN license in Arizona
- Certification in injectables or ability to complete the Pinch Injectables Master Certification
- Excitement for aesthetics and helping clients feel their best
- Entrepreneurial spirit and interest in growing your practice with flexibility

Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, high-quality aesthetic treatments including tox, microneedling, chemical peels, and at-home facials
- Complete required live neurotoxin injectables training
- Take advantage of comprehensive virtual training covering chemical peels, microneedling, skincare, and at-home facial techniques
- Treat clients through Pinch marketing as well as your own personal network
- Offer appointment availability that works for you, averaging 4 to 24 hours per week
- Manage products and supplies responsibly
- Keep accurate and timely client records
- Follow Pinch protocols and best practices
- Collaborate with fellow Providers and the Pinch team for support
- Utilize Pinch marketing tools to retain clients, complete patient outreach, and grow your business
