Requirements

• Professional experience providing aesthetic injectable treatments, including neuromodulators and dermal fillers
• Strong facial assessment, consultation, and treatment planning skills
• Thoughtful approach to facial balancing and natural outcomes
• Strong understanding of facial anatomy, product selection, safety, and complication management
• Ability to build lasting guest relationships and understand the importance of retention and trust
• Comfortable developing a practice and recognizing the connection between exceptional clinical care, guest experience, and practice growth
• Value continued education, feedback, collaboration, and clinical development
• Experience practicing in the aesthetic field
• Passion for the craft
• Interest in continuing to grow practice and career
