About The Position

The Marque Longevity Lab is relaunching an established medical aesthetics and longevity practice in Jacksonville under a new brand. This role is a founding, consult-led NP/PA injector position focused on stabilizing clinical standards, delivering injections and longevity care, and driving education-led plan adoption. It offers a stable hourly base, incentive upside, and emphasizes longevity services like HRT/BHRT, peptides, weight loss, and IV therapy. This is a ground-floor opportunity to help shape the culture and client experience during the practice's growth phase.

Requirements

• Active Florida NP or PA license in good standing.
• Hands-on, independent injectables experience including tox (neuromodulators), and filler.
• Consult-led practice style with strong documentation habits.
• Aligned to on-site Jacksonville work with Wednesday evening and Saturday-by-appointment availability as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Longevity prescribing/management exposure under protocol (HRT, Peptides, and Weight Loss).
• Vendor familiarity (Allergan, Galderma, Crown, and/or Evolus).
• Comfort operating in a relaunch/build environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver care across longevity services (HRT/BHRT, Peptides, Medical weight loss, IV therapy) and aesthetic injections (Neuromodulators, Dermal fillers, Biostimulators).
• Own patient consults end-to-end, translating education into clear treatment plans and memberships.
• Perform injectables independently.
• Support and grow longevity programs under protocol with remote Medical Director oversight.
• Drive retention, rebooking, and ethical conversion through education.
• Help establish consistent, brand-ready clinical standards during relaunch.
