About The Position

4Ever Young is seeking an experienced, independent Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join their New Tampa center. This role focuses on consult-driven aesthetics and requires a commercially driven individual who excels at building full treatment plans through education and is proud of their work. The position offers a consistent schedule, no on-call duties, and significant production upside through a base salary plus a performance-based bonus. The center offers a full-spectrum model combining medical aesthetics with wellness services.

Requirements

• Active Florida NP or PA license in good standing.
• 2+ years hands-on, independent aesthetic injection experience - Botox, Dysport, and dermal fillers performed in a professional clinical setting.
• Sculptra and PRP experience - independently performed.
• Strong consult skills - you lead treatment planning, set expectations, and secure the next step confidently.
• Production-oriented mindset: this role carries daily revenue expectations. You are comfortable presenting full correction plans and tracking toward production targets.

Nice To Haves

• HRT / hormone optimization experience or genuine interest in learning the wellness side of the model.
• Existing patient following in the Tampa / New Tampa area.
• Facial balancing mindset and documented case examples.
• Experience with the full anti-aging stack: peptides, IV therapy, weight management, or similar.
• Polished, client-ready professionalism with a team-first presence.

Responsibilities

• Independently perform neurotoxins (Botox, Dysport) and dermal fillers with advanced technique and strong safety judgment.
• Perform Sculptra and PRP treatments as part of a full-service injectable offering.
• Lead education-first consultations: full-face assessment, treatment planning, expectation-setting, and next-step securing.
• Build and retain a loyal patient book through consistent rebook cadence, follow-up, and natural-results credibility.
• Upsell to full correction through trust-building and education - not pressure.
• Maintain accurate charting and uphold a premium client experience.
• Collaborate with the aesthetics and wellness team to ensure patients are connected to the full range of services that serve them.
