Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant (NP/PA)
About The Position
The Marque Longevity Lab is seeking a founding, consult-led NP/PA aesthetic injector for its relaunch in Jacksonville, FL. This role involves stabilizing clinical standards, delivering injections and longevity care, and driving education-led plan adoption. It's an early-seat position with a stable hourly base, incentive upside, and a focus on ethical conversion, education, retention, and longevity services such as HRT/BHRT, peptides, weight loss, and IV therapy. The Marque Longevity Lab blends medical aesthetics and applied wellness with a premium, client-first environment, emphasizing consultation and education for long-term client retention.
Requirements
- Active Florida NP or PA license in good standing.
- Hands-on, independent injection experience including tox (neuromodulators) and filler.
- Consult-led practice style with strong documentation habits.
- Aligned to on-site Jacksonville work with Wednesday evening and Saturday-by-appointment availability as needed.
- Longevity prescribing/management exposure under protocol (HRT, Peptides, and Weight Loss).
Nice To Haves
- Vendor familiarity (Allergan, Galderma, Crown, and/or Evolus).
- Comfort operating in a relaunch/build environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct patient consults end-to-end, translating education into clear treatment plans and memberships.
- Perform injections independently.
- Support and grow longevity programs under protocol with remote Medical Director oversight.
- Drive retention, rebooking, and ethical conversion through education.
- Help establish consistent, brand-ready clinical standards during relaunch.
