Hiatus Spa + Retreat is a Texas-born, female-founded Day Spa and Medical Spa with nearly 20 years in the aesthetics and wellness industry, operating 10 thriving locations and serving over 12,000 loyal members statewide. The company is expanding into new Texas communities. This role offers an incredible opportunity for experienced Aesthetic Nurse Injectors, Cosmetic Injectors, RN Injectors, NP Injectors, or PA Injectors specializing in Botox, Dysport, and dermal fillers to grow their career in aesthetic medicine and cosmetic injectables. As an Aesthetic Nurse Injector (RN, NP, or PA) at Hiatus, you will provide advanced cosmetic injections and medical spa treatments, building long-term relationships with patients. Injectors take a holistic, patient-centered approach to aesthetic medicine, helping guests achieve natural, confidence-boosting results through thoughtful consultation and customized treatment plans. You will collaborate with top aesthetic brands and industry partners, receive ongoing advanced training, and thrive in a supportive, team-oriented environment dedicated to excellence in aesthetics.
Requirements
- Active Texas RN, NP, or PA license
- 1+ year injectable experience
- Experience with Botox, Dysport, dermal fillers, and aesthetic consultations
- BLS Certification
- Clinically skilled

- Experience in medical spa, dermatology, plastic surgery, or aesthetic medicine strongly preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform Botox and Dysport neurotoxin injections
- Perform Dermal fillers including Juvederm and Restylane
- Perform Sculptra biostimulator treatments
- Perform PRF and EZ Gel regenerative aesthetics
- Perform SkinPen microneedling
- Perform SkinVive treatments
- Perform Medical-grade chemical peels
- Perform Additional aesthetic and regenerative services
- Conduct in-depth aesthetic consultations
- Develop personalized treatment plans aligned with patient goals
- Educate guests on injectables, skincare, and long-term aesthetic maintenance
- Deliver safe, natural-looking cosmetic results
- Build and maintain a loyal injectable patient base
- Support patient retention, referrals, and events
- Meet individual revenue and treatment performance goals
- Collaborate with spa teams to support promotions and cross-service referrals
- Maintain accurate documentation and charting
- Follow Texas medical spa and aesthetic practice regulations
