About The Position

LA ViE MD is hiring an experienced Registered Nurse, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant for its Danville office. The physician-led medspa has four locations and offers a range of cosmetic medical and wellness services. The Aesthetic Injector performs treatments, administers medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician, educates patients, and helps deliver a premium patient experience. Providers are expected to build patient relationships, encourage repeat visits, contribute to patient outreach and social media, maintain accurate medical records, and support a collaborative clinical team. The role includes training on products and services and opportunities to share expertise with colleagues. The position is hourly and non-exempt, with compensation combining hourly pay and productivity income. The company is considering full-time schedules of 32–40 hours or part-time schedules of 20 or more hours, with part-time candidates expected to be available full-time in the future. Clinic hours are Monday through Saturday, with some evening hours; availability preferences and restrictions are discussed during the interview process.

Requirements

Active RN, NP, or PA license.
At least 5 years of experience injecting neuromodulators and dermal fillers; candidates with 2–3 years of experience may be considered for a role performing some skills independently.
Knowledge of various types of lasers and experience using at least one laser device.
Ability to build patient relationships using social awareness, appropriate conversation, and attention to personal details.
Strong organization and efficiency, including finding ways to fill schedule gaps and use available time productively.
Ability to generate new and repeat business through personal outreach and social media, rather than relying solely on corporate marketing.
Willingness and strong interest in continuing education and training.
Knowledge of technical and anatomical trends in aesthetic treatments, with curiosity about skincare and cosmetic treatments.
Dependability, punctuality, and time efficiency, supported by references.

Responsibilities

Perform cosmetic treatments, including laser services, fillers, neuromodulators, body contouring, GLP treatments, and hair restoration therapies.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
Welcome patients, escort them to treatment rooms, address concerns, and provide consultative education about expected results and treatment procedures.
Build patient trust and relationships by recommending services that align with patients’ needs and budgets.
Explain procedures, aftercare, discomfort, and expected outcomes; follow up with clients after visits, encourage reviews, and schedule return visits.
Document visits and scribe during appointments using the company EMR system; maintain accurate, detailed, and timely medical records.
Create polished social media reels that support business growth and match the LA ViE MD brand.
Keep treatment rooms organized, clean, and stocked.
Assist nurses and the doctor during cosmetic and medical dermatology procedures.
Arrive 15 minutes early for scheduled office hours.
Proactively help keep schedules busy by securing repeat and new clients through personal outreach and social media efforts.
