About The Position
Deka+ is the medical aesthetics evolution of Deka Lash, a rapidly growing franchise. This role offers a unique opportunity to join an established beauty studio with a built-in client base of lash and brow clients who are seeking aesthetic services like neurotoxin, filler, and skin treatments. The position provides clinical support, ongoing education, marketing assistance, and a team dedicated to professional growth. The company emphasizes a balance between serious medical practice and the beauty industry, offering team members perks such as complimentary beauty services. The role is part-time initially, starting at 25 hours per week, with the potential to grow into full-time as bookings increase.
Requirements
- Active, unrestricted Arkansas license as an RN, NP, or PA-C in good standing.
- 2+ years of hands-on aesthetic injecting experience with both neurotoxin and filler.
- Completed injectable training/certification with a strong understanding of facial anatomy, danger zones, dosing, and complication management.
- An aesthetic eye and a natural approach to facial balancing and proportion.
- A warm, approachable chairside presence and the ability to build genuine relationships with clients.
- Comfort educating clients and recommending treatment plans without making the experience feel overly sales-driven.
- Willingness to participate in social media, create content, and help build your personal clientele within the Deka+ brand.
- Genuinely kind, collaborative, motivated, and excited to grow with a team.

Responsibilities
- Perform neurotoxin treatments including Botox®, Dysport®, Xeomin®, and Jeuveau®, along with full-face balancing, lip flips, and preventative dosing.
- Perform dermal filler treatments including lips, cheeks, chin, jawline, temples, and other appropriate treatment areas.
- Conduct thoughtful consultations including facial assessment, goal-setting, photography, treatment planning, and honest expectation-setting.
- Perform additional aesthetic services such as microneedling, PRF, B12 injections, medical-grade facials, and chemical peels as trained and delegated.
- Create long-term treatment plans and follow up with clients to maintain natural, beautiful results.
- Recognize, document, and manage complications according to clinical protocols and escalate appropriately.
- Maintain accurate charting and follow all Deka+ clinical protocols, consents, and standing orders.
- Recommend memberships, treatment plans, and medical-grade skincare when they genuinely align with the client’s goals.
- Partner with Lash Artists, Customer Service Center, and Studio Manager to introduce clients to services across Deka+.
- Participate in social media and studio content, including educational videos, treatment content, and before-and-afters.
- Maintain a clean, compliant, organized, and well-stocked treatment room.
