About The Position

Our client is a physician-led medical aesthetics & wellness practice delivering evidence-based treatments with a white-glove, patient-first approach. You'll step into an established, high-demand market, build a loyal patient base, and help shape the practice's growth.

Requirements

  • Active, unrestricted NP, PA, or RN license in New Jersey or Pennsylvania multi-state license.
  • 3+ years hands-on aesthetic injecting experience (independent/confident provider).
  • Proficiency with neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and full-face rejuvenation principles.
  • Laser experience and comfort offering wellness services beyond injectables.
  • Polished communication, patient education, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work on-site in the Warren, NJ area.

Nice To Haves

  • 5+ years in medical aesthetics / luxury med-spa settings.
  • High-volume injector with strong outcomes and patient retention.
  • Advanced anatomy knowledge, aesthetic mapping, and complication management.
  • Solid social media presence and patient-education comfort.

Responsibilities

  • Lead comprehensive consultations (history, facial assessment, harmony/balance planning).
  • Perform advanced injectable treatments within scope: Neuromodulators (e.g., Botox®, Dysport®, Xeomin®, Daxxify®), Dermal fillers / biostimulators (e.g., HA fillers, collagen stimulators).
  • Emphasize natural-looking results and long-term outcomes; manage pre/post-care and escalate to Medical Director when appropriate.
  • Provide laser/energy-based treatments (credential-dependent).
  • Support wellness programs (e.g., weight management; hair restoration as applicable).
  • Deliver concierge-level care from consult to follow-up.
  • Drive patient retention (education, treatment sequencing, aftercare).
  • Serve as a professional brand ambassador; comfort with social media presence is valued.
  • Maintain audit-ready documentation (consents, treatment details, product/lot tracking, outcomes).
  • Uphold HIPAA/OSHA, infection control, and all applicable regulations.
  • Collaborate with physicians and clinical/ops leadership; support inventory and room readiness.
  • Continue professional development (advanced trainings, conferences, best-practices).
