About The Position

A brand new 4Ever Young center is opening in Wake Forest, NC, this fall. This is an opportunity for a provider to start with a clean slate, a room set to their preferences, and support from an owner who already runs an established center nearby. The role involves running consults end-to-end, administering neuromodulators and dermal fillers, and managing the wellness side of the center, including hormone therapy, medical weight loss, and peptide programs. The position requires clean and consistent documentation, including before and after photos, and collaboration with the medical director and wellness team on protocols and patient care.

Requirements

Active North Carolina NP or PA license in good standing.
At least one year injecting neuromodulators and dermal fillers in a medical spa, dermatology, or aesthetics setting.
Comfort prescribing and managing hormone therapy, medical weight loss, or peptide programs.
Knowledge of personal production numbers: monthly production, average ticket, and split between tox and filler.

Responsibilities

Run consults end to end: assessment, education, treatment planning, and follow-up.
Administer neuromodulators and dermal fillers, Botox and Dysport through Juvederm, Restylane, and Sculptra, plus other injectables within your training, licensure, and scope.
Prescribe and manage the wellness side of the center: hormone therapy, medical weight loss, and peptide programs.
Document cleanly and consistently, including standardized before and after photos.
Collaborate with the medical director and the wellness team on protocols, rebooking, and continuity of care.
