About The Position

The Aesthetic Coordinator is the operational backbone of the studio, ensuring seamless patient experiences by managing the back-end operations. This role is foundational, focusing on precision, organization, and proactive support to allow providers to perform flawlessly. The ideal candidate will lead with integrity, serve with heart, and prioritize patient well-being in a fast-paced aesthetic environment. This is a full-time position.

Requirements

Precision in inventory counts, tray prep, and restocking.
Ability to anticipate needs and stay ahead of the schedule.
Demonstrated ownership and accountability for the studio's state.
Reliability, with providers and patients depending on your readiness.
Friday and Saturday availability (Mandatory).

Responsibilities

Prep and verify all procedure trays with precision and consistency.
Open and close the studio to standard every shift, including full inventory counts.
Maintain treatment rooms and the back office to an identical, impeccable standard.
Keep the team aligned on daily goals, studio flow, and provider break schedules before the first patient arrives.
Coordinate provider breaks and lunches so the schedule never stalls.
Monitor and restock supplies proactively.
Maintain accurate patient documentation including charting, before & after photos, and treatment records.
Uphold every patient’s dignity, individuality, and right to exceptional care.
Support the front desk and concierge experience as needed — checking patients in and out, rooming patients, and stepping in wherever the team needs you.
Handle special projects as they arise, demonstrating flexibility.
