About The Position

Evita Wellness is hiring an Aesthetic Advanced Practice Registered Nurse to provide aesthetic and wellness services, regenerative therapies, and weight loss programs. The role requires an enthusiastic, entrepreneurial, ethical, and professional approach to patient care. This is a PRN, as-needed position requiring Saturday availability. The APRN assesses patients through interviews, physical examinations, medical history reviews, and vital-sign checks; develops treatment plans based on clients’ needs and preferences; and works with a physician to assess patients’ physical needs. Clinical services include IV treatments, cosmetic injectables, laser therapies, PRP injections, medications, peptides, hormone replacement therapies, and anti-aging therapies. The APRN also orders and interprets clinical tests, makes treatment recommendations, refers patients to specialists when appropriate, and follows up after care. The position involves maintaining accurate electronic medical records, ensuring client safety, preparing and cleaning treatment rooms between patients, and complying with OSHA, HIPAA, and other applicable medical-office regulations. The APRN must maintain their license through continuing medical education, learn new products and services as the clinic grows, maintain a polished professional appearance, and participate in marketing and social media content. The posting also describes an ability to work 38–40 hours per week, including rotating Saturdays and evenings, despite identifying the role as PRN.

Requirements

Current Florida APRN license in good standing and a valid Florida state license to practice.
Minimum 2 years of experience with injectables, dermal fillers, and lasers.
Minimum 2 years working in a medical spa, plastic surgery office, or dermatology office.
Current knowledge of aesthetic technologies and industry trends.
Ability to work 38–40 hours per week, including rotating Saturdays and evenings; the role is identified as PRN and requires Saturday availability.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Attention to detail and strong motivation to succeed.
Ability to maintain highly confidential information.
Ability to stand for up to 9 hours per day.
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
Positive and professional attitude, willingness to help grow a newer medical clinic, and enthusiasm for excellent patient care.
Must be able to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Assess patients by conducting interviews and physical examinations, obtaining and updating medical histories, and reviewing vital signs.
Develop treatment plans based on clients’ needs and preferences.
Start IVs and understand the clinic’s IV treatments and their indications.
Collaborate with a physician to assess patients’ physical needs.
Order, interpret, and record clinical test results and report results to physicians.
Prescribe medications and recommend other therapeutic treatments.
Perform cosmetic injectable treatments, including BOTOX, Dysport, Xeomin, and Jeuveau.
Provide laser therapies, including Candela, Aerolase, eMatrix, and Fraxel treatments.
Perform PRP injections for aesthetic treatments.
Prescribe and refill medications, peptides, and hormone replacement therapies.
Provide anti-aging therapies.
Recommend and refer patients to other specialists as needed.
Ensure client safety during treatments.
Maintain a clean, professional work environment and prepare treatment rooms between patients.
Use the electronic medical record system and record patients’ health histories in it.
Follow up with clients after treatment to address questions or concerns.
Comply with OSHA, HIPAA, and other relevant medical-office regulations.
Maintain licensure through required continuing medical education.
Learn new products, services, and treatment plans as the company grows.
Maintain a polished and professional appearance.
Participate regularly in marketing and social media content.
Provide excellent patient care and contribute to the growth of a newer medical clinic.
