Requirements
- Must be able to work Monday - Thursday 6:00am to 4:30pm.
- Must be willing to work weekends, extended hours, and off shifts as needed.
- Ability to follow operating procedures which require attention-to-detail
- Ability to read and comprehend blueprints, detailed written work instructions, and other printed or graphical instruction.
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs., bend, kneel, squat, stoop, work overhead, reach above shoulder level, sit, stand, walk (sometimes on uneven surfaces), and climb.
- Ability to perform work with both hands which may involve forceful grasping, repetitive motion with low impact vibration.
- Must be able to climb and work from ladders, rainbows and platforms for extended periods of time, awkward positions and in high places.
- High School/GED
- Minimum of 2 years of related work experience
Nice To Haves
- Ability to operate a sewing machine
Responsibilities
- Building flight hardware per print to released engineering requirements and blueprints
- Completing work on schedule
- Maintaining all training requirements
- Working in a team environment
