About The Position

You are Pinnacle’s front line. You transform donated human tissue into high-precision products for use as surgical implants. You have direct ownership of the quality and efficiency of the manufacturing process, creating life-changing treatments for ailments ranging from spinal disc degeneration to foot wounds. Work hours: Monday - Thursday, 5:00 am to 3:30 pm Work environment: Manufacturing Cleanroom (contact with Human Tissue and Bone) Location: North Phoenix, near 19th Avenue and Pinnacle Peak Road Pay Rate: $21.00/hour

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support / maintain 5S practices and standards.
  • Teamwork, collaboration, and respectful interactions.
  • Stay current on all company required training.
  • Comply with all applicable OSHA, ISO 13485, FDA, cGMP, cGTP, HIPAA, AATB, Universal Precautions, and PTT Quality Management System (QMS) standards.
  • Participate in manufacturing some tissue products (may include lyophilization) in accordance with the Production Schedule, at expected output rates, and tissue yield standards.
  • Participate in documenting all manufacturing steps executed compliant with GDP standards, and at expected output rates.
  • Contain and disposition all non-conformances per PTT QMS procedures.
  • Participate in setting up, tearing down, decontaminating, and sterilizing cleanroom spaces and equipment at expected output rates for all processing events.
  • Participate in management approved cross training skill blocks as defined in Skills Matrix.
  • Other duties as assigned.
