About The Position

Position Summary: This position is responsible for the manufacturing of innovative infection prevention products in a production or clean room environment following all applicable policies, processes and procedures. Hours: Monday - Thursday 5:00AM - 3:30PM Location: 14905 28th Ave North Plymouth, MN Pay: $19hr + overtime as business needs + bonus (bi-weekly pay) direct hire - full time

Requirements

  • Required: Highschool Diploma or G.E.D. equivilant.
  • Ability to: Continuously wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and/or clean room attire as needed.
  • Read, understand, and carry out verbal instructions.
  • Lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
  • Operate power tools/equipment and hand tools.
  • Work with or around chemicals.

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred: Previous experience working in a chemical manufacturing, manufacturing or FDA regulated production environment.
  • Line Filler expereince, preferably liquid.
  • Comfortability in both warehouse and clean room environments.
  • Drive to learn and grow within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities and completing continuous improvement cards.
  • Successfully train to entry-level processes and to work independently.
  • Learn and understand what is critical to quality for each line and process worked.
  • Basic awareness of the electronic systems used in operations, but minimal to no interaction with the system(s).
  • Minimal cross-training, limited to core processes in the area.
  • Basic understanding of the product flow upstream/downstream of the stations where they are working.
  • Communication with their peers of the immediate work cell/line.
  • Read, understand, and carry out written and verbal instructions on performing the job as well as safety procedures.
  • Willingly and proactively collaborate with others to achieve operational goals.
  • Awareness of the quality of own work and that of others around you.
  • Work with energy, passion, and drives towards goals with professionalism and respect; operates in a way that creates an atmosphere of achievement.
  • Adhere to all company and departmental safety policies and guidelines.
  • Perform daily job duties in a safe manner and keeps their work area clean and organized at all times.
  • Follow detailed assembly instructions, both written and verbal.
  • Comply with policies, guidelines and regulatory requirements per the Quality System.
  • Perform any additional duties as assigned by Supervisor or Lead.
  • Consistently meet production goals for assigned processes while maintaining quality standards for the product.
  • Regrally meet Employee workmanship and documentation standards and all quality standards and GMP practices
  • Work with others in the value stream and offers support when help is needed in a different area.
  • Consistently adhere to attendance and punctuality guidelines
