About The Position

Aerospace Instructor for Aerospace client. Must have technical skills to teach aerospace courses. The instructor will be responsible for teaching various aerospace-related subjects, including electrical installations, functional testing, troubleshooting, assembly, and sealant application. The role requires a strong technical background and the ability to effectively instruct in the aerospace industry. Candidates must be US citizens and will be expected to work 40-43 hours per week. The work environment is professional, and the dress code is business casual.

Requirements

  • US citizen
  • Strong technical skills background
  • Ability to instruct technical courses in the Aerospace industry
  • Experience in Electrical Aircraft installations and assemble work
  • Experience in Electrical Functional Test troubleshooting
  • Experience in Electrical crimping
  • Experience in Electrical soldering
  • Basic mechanical skills
  • Experience in Electrical installations, Bonding & Grounding
  • Experience in Aircraft assembly, Heavy Structure Drilling, and/or Maintenance
  • Experience with Blueprints, productions standards, and/or Functional Test
  • Experience with Aircraft systems operations, familiarization, and troubleshooting
  • Experience in the application of Aircraft Sealant application
  • Experience to Clean and apply a sealant to aircraft components
  • Experience in Confined Space
  • Experience in Lock Out Tag Tryout (LOTTO)
  • Experience in DOT
  • Experience in Fall Protection

Responsibilities

  • Teach aerospace courses, including but not limited to:
  • Electrical Instructor: Electrical Aircraft installations and assemble work, Electrical Functional Test troubleshooting, Electrical crimping, Electrical soldering, Basic mechanical skills
  • Aerospace Mechanical Skills Instructor: Electrical installations, Bonding & Grounding, Aircraft assembly, Heavy Structure Drilling, and/or Maintenance, Blueprints, productions standards, and/or Functional Test, Aircraft systems operations, familiarization, and troubleshooting
  • Aerospace Seal Instructor: Experience in the application of Aircraft Sealant application, Clean and apply a sealant to aircraft components
  • Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Instructor: Experience in Confined Space, Lock Out Tag Tryout (LOTTO), DOT, and Fall Protection
