What You’ll Do In this role, you’ll set up and operate CNC equipment to produce precision aerospace parts while meeting exacting quality requirements. You’ll interpret blueprints and GD&T, follow clear work instructions, and perform in-process checks using standard inspection tools. Depending on the department, you may work independently or collaborate with a small team to hit production and quality targets. Requirements

• Hands-on CNC machining experience in a production or job shop environment
• Proven ability to hold tight tolerances
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Nice To Haves

• Background with aerospace or other high‑precision parts strongly preferred
