About The Position

Brinkman Precision, Inc., a precision machining manufacturer based in Rochester, New York, is seeking a Finishing Department Operator for the first shift. The operator follows quality standards consistently to ensure parts are ready for the customer. The role requires proficiency with hand-held precision air grinders and other small deburring and polishing tools, as well as experience working under a microscope. The operator must be able to communicate, train, and work as part of a team.
