About The Position

PPG's Aerospace business has an exciting opportunity available for an Associate Customer Service Representative in Grand Prairie, Texas. As a Customer Service Representative you will support either our Aftermarket, Military, OEM Commercial or Boeing segment customers. This is a hybrid position that will require working fully onsite during the training period. You will report to the Customer Service Manager .

Requirements

• Only U.S. Citizens, Green Card holders, and political asylees or refugees are eligible to apply.
• High School Diploma required.
• 3+ years of customer service or administrative experience
• Prior experience with ERP software and reporting software.

Responsibilities

• Executes purchase orders for materials and customer orders
• Resolves customer queries, recommending solutions and guiding customers throughout the ordering process.
• Respond to customer queries in a timeline and accurate way, via phone and email.
• Identify customer needs and update internal ERP databases with information regarding customer orders.
• Work with inventory levels to ensure delivery of materials and supplies.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, ensuring compliance with company policies, and adhering to relevant regulations.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Collaborate with sales personnel to ensure that customer orders are shipped, and PPG service level objectives are met or exceeded
• Ensures accuracy of all sales orders.
