Responsible for assisting and servicing customers on the phone and online by preparing and entering customer orders for warehouse processing. Duties: Answer incoming telephone calls in a courteous and professional manner.Answer customer product questions using product knowledge and catalogue.Inform customers of prices, shipping dates, anticipated delays, and any additional information needed by customers.Watch fax, email and other digital mediums for incoming orders.Be familiar with customer special requirements.Enter customer order data into computer system.Solicit sales of new or additional services.Prepare customer reports.Prepare orders for warehouse processing.Maintain files for order-related paperwork in an organized manner.Address customer complaints or escalate if necessary.Process refund requests when appropriate.Other duties as assigned.
