Requirements

Background in CNC machining, manufacturing, or a closely related field.
Confident blueprint reading; advanced interpretation required for the setup role.
GD&T knowledge (must-have for higher-level machinists).
Clear communication skills.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Sales/engineering experience for the Sales Engineer position.

Responsibilities

Run CNC mills and/or lathes, keep machines fed, and maintain quality standards.
Stage material, load and unload parts, and monitor cycle times.
Use basic metrology to verify results for consistent throughput and reliable output.
Complete end-to-end setups on CNC lathes for intricate parts.
Interpret complex blueprints with strong GD&T.
Select tooling, define machining strategies, and tune processes for repeatable accuracy.
Diagnose and resolve complex machining problems.
Act as the technical voice to customers, reviewing drawings and specifications.
Support quoting and feasibility assessments.
Recommend application solutions.
Foster long-term client partnerships.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure successful delivery.
