We are seeking experienced Aerospace Technical Instructors to deliver hands-on technical training for one of the world's leading aerospace manufacturers. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced aerospace professionals, trainers, technicians, mechanics, and military veterans who want to share their expertise while helping develop a highly skilled workforce. You will lead engaging classroom and hands-on instruction, ensuring employees develop the technical knowledge and practical skills needed to succeed in aerospace manufacturing.
Requirements
- Strong technical experience within the aerospace industry
- Previous experience performing or supporting aerospace manufacturing processes
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- The ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly
- Confidence leading groups in both classroom and hands on settings
- Strong safety awareness and attention to detail
- Candidates must meet U.S. Person requirements.
Nice To Haves
- Instructional or training experience is a plus, but experienced aerospace professionals with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Military veterans with aerospace, aviation maintenance, or technical training experience are highly encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging classroom and hands on technical instruction

- Coach employees through practical exercises and technical concepts
