About The Position
This role involves conducting business assurance assessments within the specialized area of Aerospace AS91xx series of standards, specifically AS9100D. AS9100D incorporates ISO 9001:2015 quality management system requirements with additional specifications for the aviation, space, and defense industries. The standard emphasizes meeting customer, statutory, and regulatory requirements, aiming to enhance customer satisfaction through effective system application and continuous improvement. The requirements are applicable to any organization, regardless of type, size, or the products/services offered. The role requires understanding that customer and regulatory requirements take precedence in case of conflict with the standard.
Requirements
- Sufficient broad knowledge of BA & IS products and services.
- Ability to discuss additional services with clients.
- Ability to promote additional or higher value services.
- Ability to pass opportunities and sales leads to appropriate colleagues.
- Ability to pass client feedback and insights to appropriate internal recipients.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in Aerospace AS91xx series of standards, specifically AS9100D.
- Experience in Quality Management Systems.
- Experience in Aviation, Space, and Defense industry requirements.
Responsibilities
- Undertake business assurance assessments in accordance with current procedures and agreed timescales within the authorized area of specialism.
- Lead assessment teams effectively, ensuring timely completion of visits and coordinating team findings to reach conclusions.
- Produce high-quality assessment reports that reflect business assurance principles and comply with accreditation requirements and internal procedures.
- Keep all internal client stakeholders informed of changes and issues, escalating as appropriate.
- Utilize broad knowledge of Business Assurance (BA) & Information Security (IS) products and services to discuss additional services with clients and promote higher-value offerings.
- Pass opportunities and sales leads to appropriate colleagues for progression.
- Relay client feedback and insights to appropriate internal recipients.
