About The Position

This position is for an Aerospace Assembly Tech on the day shift within a Aerospace & Defense Manufacturing environment. The role involves installing hardware, assembling parts, performing various tests, and identifying parts using different marking methods. The company is a team-oriented organization offering competitive wages and benefits within the Aerospace Industry. Candidates must be able to work 40+ hours per week in a fast-paced, high-demand, quality environment and possess good communication and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• Minimum High School Diploma or trade school
• Must be at least 18 years old and Authorized to work in the US
• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds on a regular basis without assistance.
• Must be able to stand and/or sit the majority of the shift
• Sufficient verbal and written communication skills
• Good problem solving skills

Nice To Haves

• Experience installing helocoils & other aircraft hardware preferred, but will train!

Responsibilities

• Install helocoils & other aircraft hardware
• Assemble parts
• Perform functional, leak and pressure testing
• Identify parts by different marking methods
• Interprets MOT (Manufacturing Operation and Tooling)
• May perform other duties as directed
