Requirements

  • Help to ensure the safety of individuals working in the department
  • Be able to work 3rd shift 10:45 pm-6:45 am Sunday night-Friday morning

Responsibilities

  • Operates machines and production equipment safely in accordance with instructions
  • Sets up or adjusts equipment according to manufacturing specifications
  • Monitors the quality of output to identify or discard re-manufacture faulty products
  • Maintains accurate daily production records so that manufacturing performance can be analyzed
  • Assist the department by coordinating team assignments, including manpower and materials to maximize efficient production and quality per manufacturing order.
  • Line checks for quality. Collect and deliver samples as requested and allocate as appropriate.
  • Maintain written records of line production, efficiency, and quality related data.
  • Keypunch data into computer and verify accuracy of records
  • Confirm warehouse receipts match the actual item for components and bulk.
  • Orient and train new employees and assist in their evaluation as needed
