About The Position

Leads integration and design synthesis across aerodynamics, structures, propulsion, thermodynamics, electronics, controls, and actuation. Conducts multi-disciplinary system trade studies to optimize performance and cost. Coordinates with fabrication, assembly, MRB, quality, and supply-chain teams for production operations. Generates technical and administrative materials for customers and internal stakeholders. Applies airframe structure design and analysis. Applies metallic and composite design. Uses CATIA V5 and or 3DX. Applies GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing). Supports MRB coordination and production operations. Applies hand stress analysis and hypersonic boost-glide systems.

Requirements

Active Secret Security Clearance required to start.
Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
Bachelor's or above Degree in an Engineering Discipline.
Experience in airframe structure design and analysis.
Experience with metallic and composite design.
Experience with CATIA V5 and or 3DX.
Experience with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
Experience working with LM BAs.
Experience interacting with suppliers, external customers, and Production Operations.
MRB coordination and support experience.
Experience with hand stress analysis and hypersonic boost-glide systems.
