About The Position

HOLT Aerial is seeking Seasonal Aerial Platform Operators for their 2026 Season. This role involves operating aerial lifts to assist clients with troubleshooting and maintenance work in environments such as power plants, wind farms, and refineries. Operators will work in small crews, typically 1-3 people, assisting the Crew Lead with equipment setup and operation, adhering to safety regulations, and aiding in equipment troubleshooting and maintenance. When not on projects, operators may assist at the Operations Headquarters in Abilene with equipment maintenance or mobilization.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old.
Must have a Valid Driver's License.
Must meet safety requirements for Operator body weight not exceeding 300 lbs.
Must be available to travel for months at a time.
Must be willing to travel 40-45 weeks out of the year.
Must be able to follow company and manufacturer’s guide regarding the proper operation of the equipment.
Must be safety-minded.
Must be willing to attend daily safety meetings and follow safe driving safe practices at the field level.

Nice To Haves

Heavy equipment experience is a plus.
Equipment maintenance experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Operate aerial lifts that go up to 350 feet in the air.
Assist clients by operating aerial lifts for troubleshooting and maintenance work.
Assist the Crew Lead with setup and operation of equipment.
Follow all safety rules and regulations.
Assist with troubleshooting and maintenance of equipment.
Assist at Operations Headquarters in Abilene with maintenance on equipment and/or mobilizing equipment when not on projects.
Drive company trucks.
Work at heights up to 341 feet.
Lift up to 65 lbs.
Assist HOLT Aerial’s fleet team in mobilizing equipment away from the project.
May be asked to assist mechanics in our shop.
May be asked to support logistics by helping to move equipment or people between projects.
