Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous experience as an Aerial Lineman or in a similar telecommunications role.
• Knowledge of aerial construction practices and safety procedures.
• Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Nice To Haves

• Technical certification related to telecommunications or fiber optics.
• Commercial Driver's License (CDL).

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair aerial fiber optic and telecommunications lines and associated equipment.
• Inspect existing aerial infrastructure for damage, defects, or upgrade requirements.
• Adhere to all safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
• Collaborate with team members to support project planning and execution.
• Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity issues for residential and commercial customers.
• Safely operate aerial lifts, bucket trucks, and other construction equipment.
• Complete accurate documentation of installations, repairs, inspections, and maintenance activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
