About The Position

Key Responsibilities (include but are not limited to): Perform general construction labor, including rope pulling, ladder climbing, manual digging, cable handling, and site clean-up Stock and load trucks with necessary materials and equipment for daily job assignments Organize and maintain tools, materials, and equipment Read and interpret blueprints to execute daily work tasks Assist with traffic control and maintain safe work zones Complete daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks Accurately complete required documentation, including production reports and material tracking Reconcile issued materials and parts daily to ensure accurate usage Maintain clean and organized work areas, including trucks and job sites Follow all company safety policies and procedures while performing work Work assigned shifts, including overtime as needed Perform physically demanding tasks throughout the duration of the shift

Requirements

• Experience in general construction or outdoor labor preferred
• Ability to safely use hand tools and perform manual labor tasks
• Basic ability to read and interpret blueprints is a plus
• Strong awareness of safety practices, including traffic control
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication skills when interacting with coworkers and the public
• Ability to work in all weather conditions and outdoor environments
• Physical capability to climb, lift, bend, crawl, and stand for extended periods
• Reliable, responsible, and dependable attendance
• Valid driver's license required; CDL is a plus
• Ability to pass drug screening and background check
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
