About The Position

This is an hourly, non-exempt position. The Aeration + Seeding Technician will be responsible for safely operating aerators, applying products with accuracy, assisting crew leaders, maintaining accurate records, interacting with customers, and ensuring the secure maintenance of vehicles and equipment. The role requires a commitment to safety, excellent customer service, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Requirements

• Possess a valid driver's license and have a history of safe driving
• At least 21 years old or older (requirement to drive a company vehicle)
• Committed to safety and use of all the proper PPE the job requires
• Friendly and dedicated to great customer service
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task and work independently and as part of a crew
• Encourage a positive team atmosphere & willingness to help others

Responsibilities

• Safely operates both ride-on and push behind aerators.
• Applies products and materials with accuracy and efficiency using push spreaders.
• Assist crew leaders and team in providing quality aeration and seed services.
• Keeps accurate treatment records.
• Helps customers understand services provided.
• Responds promptly to requests from office.
• Securely and safely maintains service vehicle, equipment, and materials.
