About The Position

BAHR is seeking associate lawyers/business law associates for real estate. The role involves building a career in real estate and property transactions within a young, ambitious, and supportive team with a flat structure and high professional standards. The position is for newly qualified or experienced associates who want to contribute to the development of BAHR's real estate team in Copenhagen and invest in their own professional and personal development. The real estate team works broadly within real estate, with a particular focus on transactions and related areas. As an associate, you will be an active part of cases from day one, working closely with experienced colleagues on complex and commercial real estate cases for professional investors, private equity funds, and companies. BAHR emphasizes training and development, believing that the best results are achieved through teamwork, knowledge sharing, and shared successes. You will be part of a fully integrated Nordic real estate specialist group and collaborate with colleagues in Norway and Sweden on cross-border property transactions. BAHR operates as 'one firm – one team' across Denmark, Norway, and Sweden. The Copenhagen real estate team is led by young partners with experience from leading Danish law firms, known for handling large and complex cases. Requirements

Be in your final year of a Master's degree (Law or CBS), be an associate lawyer, or a business law associate at another law firm, or a legal employee at a public or private company.
Possess strong legal competencies and good academic results.
Work independently and structured.
Have strong communication skills in Danish and English.
