Position Summary The Population Health Management Advocate supports our customers by providing operational excellence and a deep commitment to ensuring simple and transparent experiences. Responsible for delivering our population health program analytics, supporting client implementations and ongoing program execution, and providing support for member engagement, our Advocate team is critical to the success of our Population Health Management products. As a Population Health Management Advocate, your work will help to improve and maintain the health and well-being of our members.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of population health, health care or customer service experience
  • Ability to use communication skills to build strong relationships with both internal and external customers and vendors
  • Ability to take accountability to fully understand and address customer needs and expectations
  • Ability to understand complex issues with sensitivity and an analytical mind
  • Ability to multi-task while focused on quality
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel
