The Advisory Team Coordinator sits at the intersection of Marketing and the Advisory Team. You will be responsible for responding rapidly to hot inbound leads, scheduling Discovery Meetings, conducting seminar attendee qualification calls, improving Discovery Meeting attendance rates, supporting Florida seminars, coordinating advisor calendars, maintaining Salesforce documentation, and creating a world-class prospect experience. This is not a passive administrative role. You directly influence advisor productivity, marketing ROI, Discovery Meeting stick rate, and company growth.
