About The Position

Assist in the interpretation and application of federal ethics statutes, regulations, and departmental policies, ensuring adherence to ethical standards and compliance requirements across all activities. Conduct thorough reviews to identify and manage potential conflicts of interest, offering guidance and recommendations to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Act as a liaison and point of contact for ethics- related questions and issues. Provide high-level administrative support, including managing incoming communications, delegating tasks to ethics specialists, and scheduling meetings. Work collaboratively with senior leaders, legal counsel, and ethics representatives to support program goals. Assist in the development and delivery of training materials, briefings, and educational resources to promote awareness of ethics policies and foster a culture of ethical compliance. Ensure accurate documentation and tracking of ethics- related records, as well as preparation of reports and audits as needed.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in communications
  • Experience contributing to projects in a fast-paced, high-intensity, and team-oriented environment
  • Experience managing complex administrative tasks and balancing competing priorities
  • Ability to effectively work with external stakeholders in a professional environment
  • Ability to explain complex regulations and procedures to a wide range of stakeholders
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and build partnerships across various groups
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Economics
