HB Wealth is seeking (2) Advisory Associate Interns to work in our Towson, MD office. This position will assist Wealth Advisors in accomplishing the overall goal of serving our clients. You’ll be part of a dynamic, supportive team—learning from the best, developing new skills, and having a great time while you do it! This is a paid internship, beginning June 1, 2027, and running through August 6, 2027. HB offers a well-structured, challenging, and collaborative Summer Intern program. Candidates must submit a letter of interest to be considered. Requirements

  • Must be a rising senior pursuing a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university (required).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Client-focused professional who demonstrates integrity, strong interpersonal skills, and a collaborative, team-oriented attitude.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong analytical skills, follow-through, and a proactive mindset suited to fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
  • Ability to successfully pass criminal background / credit check required.
  • This is not a remote position. Candidates should expect to be in an HB office 5 days per week. Candidates must be local to Towson, or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Advisory team by gathering and organizing client data, preparing materials for meeting agendas, portfolio proposals, and quarterly reports, and assisting in the development and maintenance of comprehensive financial plans, including balance sheets, investment allocation charts, estate summaries, and income tax projections.
  • Provide support in the maintenance of the CRM system, including recording meeting notes, updating client records, and data clean-up projects.
  • Supports the firm in other special projects (including technology and operations projects), as needed.
  • End of internship capstone project and presentation.
