About The Position

The Advisory Internship Program is designed for high-potential students from the Class of 2027 both undergraduate and MBA candidates interested in gaining hands-on experience in strategy and advisory work. Interns will be staffed on live engagements and will work closely with team members across Renaissance and Solon on projects spanning strategy, transactions, and investment initiatives across Pakistan, Africa, and other frontier markets. The internship provides a structured opportunity to develop core analytical and problem-solving skills, with top-performing interns fast tracked for full-time Analyst roles.

Requirements

Undergraduate students graduating in 2027 (rising seniors) or currently enrolled in an MBA program
Strong academic performance
Demonstrated analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
High attention to detail and structured approach to work
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in team-based environments

Responsibilities

Conduct research and analysis on industries, markets, and companies
Support development of analytical frameworks and structured problem-solving approaches
Assist in preparation of client presentations and internal deliverables
Contribute to due diligence and transaction-related workstreams
Support investment research and thematic studies
Collaborating with team members on cross-border project work
