About The Position

Realm is seeking Advisors to help homeowners navigate the complex and emotional process of home renovation, addition, ADU, or rebuild projects. Advisors act as the central point of contact between homeowners, contractors, and Realm's technology platform, guiding clients from initial consideration to a signed construction contract. This role is focused on driving Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) and involves consultative sales, PropTech, real estate, construction, and marketplace operations. Unlike traditional sales roles, this position involves working with homeowners who have active projects and budgets, focusing on guiding them through high-stakes decisions over potentially long and complex sales cycles. Advisors manage tangible, high-value projects, not just SaaS bookings, and work with a variety of project types from kitchen remodels to full-home new constructions and rebuilds. The role offers equity in a high-growth company.

Requirements

  • Based in Phoenix or Scottsdale, AZ (required)
  • 2–5 years in full-cycle sales, consultative advisory, customer success, real estate, mortgage, home services, PropTech, ConstructionTech, FinTech, or marketplace operations
  • Proven track record of hitting goals and managing a pipeline through a structured decision process
  • Ability to create urgency without being pushy
  • High emotional intelligence (EQ) to support stressed homeowners while guiding the conversation forward
  • Strong organizational skills to manage a full book of relationships without losing track of details
  • Capacity to scale with the business, with growth in book, earnings, and influence
  • Process discipline, understanding the importance of structured data capture, CRM hygiene, and playbook compliance for scale
  • Tech & AI fluency: comfortable with CRMs, Gong, and AI workflows, early adoption of new tech, and using AI tools for personal collateral
  • Remote maturity: self-directed, proactive, and accountable, able to stay focused without an office environment
  • Willingness to work weeknights and Saturday mornings as needed to accommodate homeowner schedules
  • Coachability: hungry to improve, receptive to feedback, and able to apply it
  • Ability to consult, lead, organize, and build trust with homeowners making high-stakes decisions

Responsibilities

  • Own an active book of homeowner relationships from end to end, guiding them from first conversation to a signed construction contract.
  • Manage projects including kitchen and bathroom remodels, additions, ADUs, full-home renovations, new home construction, and post-fire rebuilds, with project values ranging from $25K to over $1M.
  • Lead discovery calls with homeowners exploring various renovation and rebuild projects.
  • Scope projects against budget using Realm's AI tooling, structured playbooks, and internal data.
  • Clarify homeowner goals, priorities, timeline, and decision criteria.
  • Match homeowners with the right contractors based on project type, geography, budget, and fit.
  • Orchestrate bid sourcing and manage the process across homeowners, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Lead bid review conversations to help homeowners understand pricing, scope differences, tradeoffs, and risks.
  • Drive the pipeline through clear stages with weekly accountability on conversion and GMV.
  • Maintain clean records in CRM, utilize Gong for coaching, communicate proactively in Slack, and use AI tools fluently.
  • Be available for homeowners outside of standard business hours, including weeknights and weekends, as needed to close deals.
  • Navigate complex situations, including working with families dealing with insurance, displacement, grief, and major construction decisions.
