We are currently hiring a full-time, remote Advisor, Warranty and Repair & Asset Disposal based in Canada. Your Impact: You will help maximize asset value and equipment availability across the region by coordinating repair, warranty, and asset disposal activities. Your work ensures critical components are repaired efficiently, warranty opportunities are recovered, and disposal processes are completed safely, compliantly, and cost effectively.
Requirements
- Experience in supply chain, maintenance, logistics, procurement, or asset management.
- Knowledge of repairable inventory, warranty administration, and asset lifecycle management.
- Proficiency with SAP, SAP Ariba, Microsoft Excel, and reporting tools.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while building effective working relationships.
- Commitment to safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end repair processes for equipment and components.
- Process repair and warranty purchase orders through SAP and SAP Ariba.
- Administer warranty claims and returns with OEMs, suppliers, and repair vendors.
- Support repair versus replacement decisions using cost, risk, and operational considerations.
- Monitor vendor performance and drive continuous improvement in repair quality and service.
- Coordinate asset disposal requests and ensure compliance with company requirements.
- Partner with sites, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and provide status updates.
