Requirements

  • Legally authorized to work in the job posting country
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
  • 5 or more years of experience in ethics, compliance, regulatory, or related roles
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, SharePoint)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience conducting anti-bribery and third-party due diligence or audits
  • 7 or more years of experience in ethics, compliance, regulatory, or related roles
  • Knowledge of sanctions regulations, supply chain compliance, and human rights requirements
  • Experience working with SAP or compliance management systems
  • Relevant professional certifications such as CCEP or CFE
  • Experience working in global organizations with cross-functional collaboration
  • Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities to support compliance decision-making
  • Demonstrated expertise in anti-corruption laws and regulations (e.g., FCPA, UK Bribery Act) and compliance program implementation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess risk, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
  • Experience designing and executing compliance processes, audits, and controls within complex organizations
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization
  • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to business stakeholders by interpreting laws and regulations and translating them into actionable compliance policies, procedures, and controls.
  • Design, implement, and continuously improve compliance programs, including anti-corruption and third-party risk frameworks across global operations.
  • Manage third-party due diligence processes, including risk assessments, screening, escalation, documentation, and ongoing monitoring.
  • Plan and execute compliance audits, including third-party audits and transactional testing, to evaluate adherence to regulatory requirements and internal controls.
  • Identify, assess, and escalate regulatory, financial, and commercial risks while recommending practical solutions to strengthen controls and governance.
  • Develop and deliver targeted training programs to enhance awareness of compliance requirements, including anti-corruption policies and third-party risk management.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to ensure effective implementation of compliance programs and processes.
  • Analyze trends and data to identify emerging risks and opportunities for continuous improvement in compliance program effectiveness.
