About The Position

The Property & Casualty Insurance Sector is facing a multitude of key trends that are leading it to change and adapt at a rapid pace: Accelerating digitization, the growing importance of artificial intelligence and accelerating new technology trends in the P&C insurance sector (e.g. telematics and insurtech), shifting customer needs (i.e., growing demand for personalized experiences, etc.), growing emphasis on sustainability and environmental, social and governance (ESG) issues, market consolidation via sustained M&A activity, pressure on traditional cost structures and revenue streams, etc. The decisions made by industry players to create winning conditions for the future are critical.
