The Advisor Specialist is a high-impact growth role focused on supporting and expanding relationships with licensed insurance brokers and benefits advisors. We’re looking for someone who understands the world of employee benefits, group health insurance, and broker sales—and can use that experience to help advisors grow production, close more business, and strengthen client relationships. This role is ideal for someone who has worked as a Life & Health insurance broker, benefits consultant, or advisor support specialist and thrives in a relationship-driven, B2B sales environment. You’ll serve as a strategic partner to advisors by helping them position solutions, navigate sales opportunities, and drive growth in the small and mid-sized employer market. This position is based in St. George, Utah (in-person or hybrid), or Dallas, Texas (fully remote).
