This role combines operational precision with relationship management — handling advisor requests, processing account activity, and coordinating across internal teams to ensure accurate and timely service. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can prioritize effectively, manage multiple responsibilities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role manages advisor relationships and routine operational requests independently, requiring strong judgment, organization, and the ability to prioritize competing demands. Success depends on close collaboration with fellow Account Managers, the trading team, Regional Sales Consultants, and other internal departments. Team members are expected to provide cross-coverage, communicate proactively, and maintain a polished, service-oriented presence in all advisor and internal interactions.
